In the user <strong>administration</strong> area you can create and manage the user accounts. Here you can grant a user<br />
simple user rights or <strong>administration</strong> rights.<br />
If you visit the user <strong>administration</strong> area <strong>for</strong> the first time the only user listed is the webmaster.<br />
