TV One named Paul Burfield, a 25-year
veteran in the digital video electronics industry,
to the position of R&D Manager. He

lets current authorized users of

Rigging Services, Inc. (RSI) named
Victor Figueroa equipment coordinator.
Figueroa replaces interim rentals manager,
Chesare’ Cain, who will remain on staff.
Figueroa will manage the RSI Rental Department
and support the Rigging Installation
Department led by Scott Black, who

video division. Collins,

regional manager,
has over 20 years of
business development,
operations
and management
experience. Ivie
is a veteran video

designer, with gigs
including the last three U.S.-hosted international
summits.
Solaris recently opened a European office
in Germany. The company hired industry
veteran Jerad Garza to oversee its operations.
Stage Research added Horizon Solutions,
based in London, Ontario, to its network
of master distributors for its line of lighting
and audio software, naming the company
its master distributor for Canada.
Tait Technologies, the Belgium-based
joint venture between Tait Towers and Frederic
Opsomer’s System Technologies, named
20-year industry veteran Dirk Dhulster to
head its recently-opened rental division.
