Trial of XLTV vs. Chaos

LOS ANGELES — Justice came decisively
if not swiftly in the landmark case
of XL Touring Video (XLTV) against John
Wiseman and Valdis Dauksts of Chaos
Visual Productions. After 12 days of deliberation
following a five week trial, the
Los Angeles Superior Court jury found
the defendants did not misappropriate
any alleged trade secrets of XLTV,
nor did Wiseman breach any fiduciary
duty owed to XLTV in connection with
his resignation in November 2008 and
subsequent establishment of Chaos.
The plaintiff’s claims of over $11 million
in direct compensation for lost revenues
with a further $257,000 for unauthorized
expenses incurred by Wiseman

named Dean Roney of Solotech

Access Staging and Productions, Inc. have forged a
partnership in the concert touring sector, promising
concert touring acts, producers, and promoters a “one
stop Rock shop” for stage design/fabrication and flying/rigging
systems.
