18. Approved annual license agreement with Educational Networks and <strong>Yorba</strong> <strong>Linda</strong> High School for<br />
website management services from <strong>January</strong> <strong>15</strong>, <strong>2013</strong> to <strong>January</strong> <strong>15</strong>, 2014.<br />
19. Approved Research Subaward Agreement Amendment Renewal #3 between <strong>Placentia</strong>-<strong>Yorba</strong><br />
<strong>Linda</strong> <strong>Unified</strong> School District and CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation for completion of<br />
“Promise of Democracy” evaluation of grant activities for the 2012-<strong>2013</strong> school year.<br />
20. Approved waiver requested by parents of the student on the attached list who has met the<br />
CAHSEE requirement in the indicated area. (See attached.)<br />
21. Presented Quarterly Uniform Complaint Report for the October 1 to December 31, 2012 quarter.<br />

24. Approved the Findings of Fact and recommendation of the Administrative Panel which found that<br />
1305A1 violated Section 48900(a)(1) of the California Education Code.<br />
