Approved Amendment No. 1 to the site lease, sub lease and construction services agreement for the lease-leaseback project with Byrom-Davey, Inc. for the Stadium project at Yorba Linda High School. Approved Independent Contractor Agreements – Educational Services - as listed in accordance with Board Policy No. 4124, Retention of Consultants. (See attached.) 26. Approved Agreement with Filmed Academy of the Arts for Esperanza, El Dorado and Yorba Linda high schools for the 2011-2012 school year. 29. Approved Supplemental Educational Services (SES) contracts as listed from July 12, 2011 through April 30, 2012 pending that the SES provider meets the required insurance requirements of the contract before they are assigned any students. 30. Presented Quarterly Uniform Complaint Report for April 1 to June 30, 2011. (See attached.) 31. Approved/ratified extended field trips as listed in accordance with Board Policy No. 6153, Field Trips. Approved the Stipulated Expulsion Agreement between the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District and the parents of 1136C. 34. Approved the Memorandum of Understanding with Orange Unified School District to provide coursework, observations and evaluations for the Autism Spectrum Disorder Added Authorization, Exhibit A. 35. Approved Classified Personnel Report. (See attached.) 36. Approved Certificated Personnel Report. (See attached.) Approve the above listed recommendations.
