RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF PLACENTIA-YORBA LINDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT
OF ORANGE COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION NO. 1
July 12, 2011
On motion of Trustee Karin Freeman, duly seconded and carried, the following resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize certain offices of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School
District to sign district documents in order to conduct the business of the district; and
WHEREAS, legal and county requirements are that said signatures be duly adopted and recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Placentia-Yorba Linda
Unified School District hereby authorizes the following named persons of the Placentia-Yorba Linda
Unified School District to sign the documents as so indicated:
