Showtime Karaoke ST2 is compatible with most iPhone / iPod models. It can also connect to most players with a
0.13inch / 3.5mm audio connector. Product features include:

ODUCT CARE AND MAINTENAN
When you finish using Showtime Karaoke ST2, always clean it before storing it away. Simply use the enclosed
microfiber cloth to clean all parts. Do not use any type of solvents or alcohol, it may damage the device.

Storage:
Always store Showtime Karaoke ST2 properly. Keep it at normal room temperature that does not fluctuate widely.
Do not store next to a heater or an air conditioning unit. Exposure to extreme temperatures or temperature
fluctuations may cause condensation inside the product, which may damage the device. If you notice
condensation on the device, do not use it. Set in a dry area with room temperature until the condensation
disappears. Do not use a hair dryer to dry the unit.

Key Functions
1. Vocal: Press (1.Vocal) button to turn the Vocal On or OFF when playing Multiplex style karaoke tracks

There are 2 different modes.
Press the MODE button to switch between modes
1) Auxiliary Input Mode
Will only work with audio devices connected via the (10.AUX IN) port using a 0.13inch / 3.5mm mini jack
cable
2) Dock Mode
Will only work when an iPod or iPhone is docked in the cradle
‐ Connect AC adapter from (9.DC jack) of ST2 KARAOKE UNIT to the power socket
‐ Connect AV cable from ST2 KARAOKE UNIT ( 8. AV OUT) to TV & Hi Fi system or Amplified speakers
How to connect :
There is a AV cable with 1 plug (black color)to 3 plug (yellow, red & white). Connect black plug to ST2 KARAOKE
UNIT (8. AV OUT) and connect yellow plug to Video in of TV , connect red & white plug to Audio‐in of TV , Hi Fi
system or Amplified Speaker.
1. To charge iPhone/iPod:
Put iPhone /iPod into cradle of ST2 KARAOKE UNIT. iPhone/iPod and battery is charged automatically.
2. To play music:
Put your iPhone/iPod into the cradle of ST2 KARAOKE UNIT and select your desired song from your
iPhone/iPod library and music will play from your Hi Fi Speakers.
3. For Karaoke:
Press (2. VIDEO) button to select video from TV or iPhone/iPod.
Connect microphone
Songs source:
1) Buy & download from www.thekaraokechannel.com or www.ikostore.com
2) Download Karaoke songs from your KTV DVD to iPhone/iPod via iTunes
3) Download musical apps under iMusicTech or Showtime brand through App store or YouTube

HOW TO USE TROUBLESHOOTING
1) There is no picture on screen when connecting to my Television
Use the cable supplied to connect the ST2 KARAOKE UNIT to the TV via the (8.AV OUT) socket on the rear of
the unit and plug in to the AV INPUT on your TV (should be standard red, white & yellow sockets)
Some TVs might only have a SCART input available. In this case, you will need a SCART ADAPTOR that will
need to be purchased separately.
2) The microphone volume is too low
To maximize the microphone volume, you should reduce the music volume using the main Volume Control
on the top of the unit and increase the microphone volume. This should help balance the volume of the
microphones to the volume of the music.
3) When I dock my iPhone, the screen displays an error message:
“This Accessory Is Not Supported For iPhone”
This error can usually be fixed simply by removing the iPhone from the dock for a few seconds and then
re‐connecting.
4) I am getting no sound from the unit
Please check if your iPod / iPhone is docked correctly, a music video file is playing properly and be sure to
turn the volume up. The sound from the unit will stop once the unit is connected to a TV via the (8.AV OUT)
Please disconnect the AV cable if the TV is turned off.

Q.1) How do I get karaoke tracks on my iPhone/iPod?
You can easily download karaoke tracks for your iPhone/iPod from
(i) Buy & download from website: www.thekaraokechannel.com and www.ikostore.com
Tracks can be downloaded in full MP4 video format with moving on screen lyrics, or MP3 Audio only for
non‐video capable iPhone/iPods.
(ii) Streaming from free App of “iMusicworld”
(iii)Streaming from YouTube. Search artists/tracks/karaoke.
(iv)Download KTV songs from your KTV DVD to iPhone/iPod via iTunes.

Q.6) How to connect to a television or Hi Fi system?
There is an AV cable with 1 plug (black color) to 3 plugs (yellow, red & white). Connect black plug to the
device (8.AV OUT) and connect yellow plug to Video in of TV, connect red & white plug to Audio‐in of TV, Hi
Fi system or Amplify Speaker.
Q.2) How to change the video from TV to iPhone/iPod screen?
If you are not connecting the unit to a TV and would like the video to be shown on the iPhone/iPod screen,
press and hold the 8.VIDEO key to switch the TV output ON & OFF.
Q.3) How can I switch the singing/vocals from my existing songs?
Press the 1.Vocal key to turn the Vocal ON and OFF when playing multiple karaoke tracks.
Press once – left channel only
Press once – right channel only
Press once – left/right channel together
Q.4) Could I use wireless microphone?
Sure, you can easily plug in a wireless microphone receiver to the microphone Jack.
Q.5) I am getting no sound.
Please check your iPhone/iPod is docked correctly & a music or video file is playing. Also making sure the
volume is turned up.
Please note when the device is connected to a TV via the AV out connection, the sound from the device will
stop.
When you’re not using your TV please disconnect the AV out cable.
Q.7) Can I improve the resolution quality of the video?
No. The resolution quality of the video is based on the video sources, so we cannot improve it. The only
solution is to download HD video or an alternative.
Q.8) I have some MP4 video files, how do I transfer them to my iPhone/iPod?
You need to import the MP4 files into your iTunes library which should then transfer them to your
iPhone/iPod.
To do this, open iTunes and click File>Add File to Library
Then just located your video file and click OK
Next Time you connect your iPhone/iPod to your computer the files should automatically transfer across.

Q.9) Can I play the MP4 constantly?
No. iPhone/iPod does not provide such function.
Q.10) Can I remove the singing / vocals from my existing songs?
No. The vocal removal function on the ST2 KARAOKE UNIT will only work with Multiplex style karaoke
tracks. Multiplex is a special type of karaoke track where the vocals have been recorded on only one
channel. So they can be easily removed.

damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, fire or explosion, which are your responsibility.
1) Do not put near any heat source, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or any other apparatus that
produces heat.
2) Be cautious of excessive drops, bumps, abrasions or other impacts to this product. If there is any damage to
this product such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities of corrosion, due to any cause, please discontinue
use or dispose of in an appropriate manner.
3) Only use the product in a moderate climate. Store in a cool or a dry area.
4) Do not change or modify this product in any way.

This product is meant for using only in conjunction with an appropriate mobile entertainment device. We, the
manufacturer, are not responsible for any damages to any mobile entertainment device incurred through the
use if this product.
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY ON SHOWTIME KARAOKE® (ST2)
ST2 is warranted by Interactive Group Limited to the original purchaser for a period of 90 days from the original
purchase date – under normal use and service against defective workmanship and materials.
This warranty is void if ST2 has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, misuse, abuse,
improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in workmanship or materials.
Interactive Group Limited shall not be liable for the loss of use of ST2 or other incidental or consequential costs,
expenses or damages incurred by the purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
During the warranty period, ST2, if found to be defective due to workmanship or materials, will either be
repaired or replaced with a reconditioned ST2 of an equivalent quality (at Interactive Group Limited) without
charge to the purchaser when returned, shipping prepaid to Interactive Group Limited with proof of purchase
date to the address listed below. In the event that ST2 is replaced, the replacement will be continued on the
original warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Disposal
After the implementation of European Directive 2002 / 96 / EU, the following applies: Electrical and electronic
devices must not be disposed of with domestic waste. Consumers are obliged by law to return electrical and
electronic devices at the end of their service lives to the public collection points that are set up for this purpose
or designated points of sale. However, such details are defined by the national law of the respective country.
This symbol on the product, the instruction manual or the packaging indicates that the product is subject to
these regulations. By recycling, reusing the materials, or other forms of utilizing old devices, you are making an
important contribution in protecting our environment.
