Enhancing Relations
DRUG ARM continues to develop marketing
and fundraising strategies that promote the
highly professional and progressive not-for-profi t
organisation. The marketing division achieved this
by working with each of the state managers and
their teams throughout the year.
The team is particularly indebted to the many
community and corporate organisations and
individuals who have so loyally supported the
continuing work of DRUG ARM around Australia.
Marketing
The Marketing Division managed in excess of
90 activities during the last fi nancial year; a
tremendous effort by this small team.
A major emphasis has been to ensure that the
organisation’s brand is used correctly in all material
produced under the DRUG ARM name or logo.
One of the highlights of the year was the launch
of a new-look website in February which makes it
easier for users to access vital information. Several
staff members worked extremely hard in updating
the information available to the public online, and
produced a very valuable asset for the organisation.
Since its launch over 11,900 home-page hits have
been recorded in four months.
The website revamp was the result of market
research to gain a better understanding of what
people’s perception of DRUG ARM is in the
market place and their need of accessing current
information.
