A treasure chest is arranged on the sand with artistically
scattered jewels and gold coins.
REMY
Are we back in the ocean?
Remy looks back at the gushing pipe they came from.
<strong>NEMO</strong>
I don't know, but we can't go back
that way.
They start swimming, but soon bang their faces into glass.
<strong>NEMO</strong> AND REMY
(together)
Oof!
A sign hangs on the outside of the tank. It reads, "Pirate
Cove closed for remodeling." Nemo and Remy look out into
the empty viewing gallery. They turn back and look around
the deserted tank. Other animatronic pirate skeletons slump
in the distance, with swords and rusting cannon. But
otherwise, the big, creepy aquarium seems devoid of life.
They split up.
REMY
How do we get out of here?
<strong>NEMO</strong>
I don't know. This place is huge.
REMY
We're running out of time.
<strong>NEMO</strong>
Okay, look. Why don't you look for
an exit pipe on that side, and I'll
check this side and we'll meet back
in the middle.
REMY
(nodding)
Okay.
EXT. UNDER THE BAY - DAY
Gill watches the water coursing back through the intake pipe.
He turns to the sea lions.
GILL
We're gonna have to start all over
again.
They sigh and yawn. They don't look at all motivated.
