83. Wha...? MARLIN AT THE BACK WALL Blanca keeps climbing, her teeth clamped firmly on the bucket handle, trying not to spill Marlin out. Polar bears are excellent climbers. Her missing claw causes her to lose traction for a moment, but Blanca is soon at the top of the two story wall. A catwalk runs around the perimeter on top of the wall. ACROSS THE POLAR BEAR AREA Brad and Louie approach. ON THE CATWALK Blanca looks around. BRAD Look at old Fumble Foot go... LOUIE Never thought she had it in her... INT. POLAR BEAR KEEPER OFFICE - DAY The polar bear keeper startles as he sees Blanca on the monitor, heading along the catwalk. The polar bear keeper pushes an intercom button. ON THE CATWALK POLAR BEAR KEEPER This is not a drill. We have an escape. Repeat, this is not a... Blanca heads determinedly for a fire escape type ladder at the end of the walkway. IN THE BUCKET Marlin sloshes around. AT THE LADDER MARLIN What are you doing? BLANCA (gritting her teeth) Don't worry. Blanca looks down below to the service area behind the exhibit. She starts backing down the ladder.
84. She loses her footing for a moment, jostling the bucket. MARLIN Careful! Don't trip! Don't spill me! BLANCA (through her teeth) Stop talking! Near the bottom of the ladder is a security gate to keep people from climbing up. Blanca loses her balance again. 800 pounds of polar bear butt go crashing right through the gate. Ahhh! MARLIN Blanca lands on her feet, still clutching the bucket in her teeth. BLANCA (through her teeth) I told you I was fat. She looks over and hurries around a tall fence to find herself -- EXT. PLANET BLUE PARK GROUNDS - DAY Blanca starts dashing through the beautifully landscaped amusement park. TOURISTS SCREAM and dodge out of the way as Blanca runs down the paths. EXT. POLAR BEAR CATWALK - DAY Brad and Louie have climbed to the top of the polar bear exhibit. They wave their paws in a circle and cheer her on. Go, Blanca! BRAD AND LOUIE EXT. FRONT OF POLAR BEAR AREA - DAY Three polar bear keepers spill out with tranquilizer guns and give chase. EXT. PLANET BLUE GROUNDS - DAY Blanca keeps running. MORE TOURISTS flee in panic. IN THE BUCKET Marlin swings wildly as more and more water splashes out.
