This year, Hestra is turning 75. Read about our family

people that live here. Our gloves are divided into ten
categories. They will help you find the right models for
your various activities.

Five-finger gloves are comfortable and provide a
good grip. An item number is displayed for each
model both in the catalog and on our website.
Three finger gloves provide a good grip for the
thumb and forefinger, while the other fingers
are kept warm.
Mittens are usually warmer than other models.
They can become even warmer if liners – thin
inner gloves – are used.
Handcuffs are an elastic band used around
the wrist with a strap connected to the gloves.
They serve as safety straps when you take the
gloves off.
Gore-Tex is a breathable and waterproof
membrane between the outer material and liner.
Gore Windstopper Softshell is a windproof
and waterproof stretch fabric with good breathability.
CZone gloves are constructed of four layers
with specific functions (learn more on page 90).
Wolf Paw-construction is a patented fingertip
reinforcement that eliminates seams from
surfaces that receive the most wear and tear.
Extra warm gloves are marked with this symbol.
And remember – mitten models are always
warmer than finger gloves.
Gloves with these symbols are used by the
Swedish and Norwegian national ski teams.
