Description
Zehnder Charleston Completto is a tube-type, sectional, steel radiator.
The radiator collectors are made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet.
Tube diameter – 25 mm;
Tube wall thickness – 1.25 mm;
individual sections (section depth – 46 mm) are welded to form a
complete radiator; the radiator is primed, coated with powder enamel
of RAL 9016 colour, and are improved following the requirements of
DIN 55900.
The heat capacity is tested in accordance with DIN EN 442 standard.
The radiator complies with the requirements of the GUV (German Accident
Insurance). The radiator also complies with the stringent hygienic
requirements and is recommended for use in medical institutions.
The radiator is equipped with a built-in AV 6 (Oventrop) thermal
valve in its upper side section and a Zehnder thermostat; connection
size is M 30 x 1.5 mm;

Connections: 2 x 1 /2“ (female thread) in the lower part of the radiator
with 50 mm inter-axial distance; the flow goes through the first
section, the return – through the second.
The radiator is supplied in an installation-ready package;
by request:
• bottom middle connection,
• valve head in the lower connection nipple,
• a desired mounting set,
• other colour choice from 700-colour palette of RAL and NCS S;
• design including a reflective cover plate,
• special shapes,
• precision adjustment valve,
• outside thread size 2 x 3 /4”;
• Zehnder thermostat

Radiators that exceed the above stated maximum limits are delivered
in individual blocks. They shall be assembled with the use of nipples
by the installer. Suitable nipples (1“ for 2-column models and 5 /4“ for
models with 3 to 6 columns) are supplied at no charge, together with
the radiator.
