Is Government Contracting for You? Each year, local, state and<br />
federal governments purchase more than $500 billion from<br />
small businesses. The Illinois Procurement Technical Assistance<br />
Center (PTAC) of Central Illinois was established to help small<br />
businesses understand and profit from government contracting.<br />
The focus of the workshop is to give an understanding of:<br />
Federal and State contracting basics, bids and proposals, special<br />
programs, and who’s there to help you. This four part series<br />
covers government contracting basics, CCR Registration, ORCA,<br />
and tips and tools for government sales.<br />
