Student must complete and submit<br />
FAFSA. Student does not need<br />
to demonstrate financial need. If<br />
awarded this loan in the award letter,<br />
student borrowers must apply to<br />
actually receive the loan funds<br />
and must complete an online loan<br />
entrance counseling session before<br />
loan funds will be credited to your<br />
<strong>Saybrook</strong> account.<br />
Student must be attending at least<br />
half-time. Student responsible for all<br />
interest. Fixed interest rate of 6.8%<br />
for new borrowers. Student must<br />
complete a Master Promissory Note<br />
(MPN) for each loan, but only needs<br />
to do this once. MPN is good for 10<br />
years.<br />

been awarded. Must file FAFSA and<br />
