Well hello all you FABULOUS,<br />

people out there. What<br />
amazing weather we have been<br />
having up here in Idyllwild.<br />
As of <strong>June</strong> 18th we were still<br />
wearing jackets in the morning<br />
to walk the dogs. It warms up<br />
during the day, but it is nice to<br />
be able to open up the windows<br />
and let the fresh air in. We<br />
don’t have A/C at our home<br />
in Idyllwild. We don’t need it.<br />
There may be one or two,days<br />
a year where it would be nice<br />
but for the most part the house<br />
stays nice and cool. It is even<br />
nicer when we get the electric<br />
bill!<br />
Kevin and I were honored to<br />
have George and Paris of Georgie’s Alibi Azul Patio, to come up to Idyllwild<br />
for a visit a few days ago. It is always nice when our friends from the desert<br />
come up for the day. This was the first time that Paris had been up to<br />
Idyllwild. It is a very nice escape from the heat for a few hours. They had an<br />
extra special visit as there are very few people that have seen what goes on<br />
in the background of the Pinkie empire, LOL. Yes I got to show them the one<br />
shed that we have that Kevin built just for my headdresses and then I got to<br />
show them the room where all my outfits, wigs, shoes and props are stored.<br />
I also got to show them upstairs where my sewing room is located, where<br />
I am creating my quilts. And yes I am still working on the one for Juli of<br />
<strong>LIVE</strong> Magazine. If you are interested in a quilt just shoot me an email at<br />

I would like to thank everyone that made it out to Georgie’s Alibi Azul Patio<br />
for the world premier of my new show “The Shimmer Experiene”. What an<br />
amazing crowd we had, so thank you very much. The show was a lot of<br />
fun. It is a comedy sketch show and I am so thankful that George and Paris<br />
asked me to do it. The show is a monthly show, with the next show taking<br />
place on FRIDAY night <strong>July</strong> 25th at 7:30 pm. You can call 760-325-5533 to<br />
make reservations or you can go to the website, www.alibiazul.com, to make<br />
reservations online. You can also see the complete entertainment schedule.<br />
And speaking of entertainment; on <strong>July</strong> 5th at Alibi Azul is the show titled<br />
The Ladies of Palm Springs with Carol Kamenis, Allison Annalora and Eve<br />
Holmes. And of course every Tuesday night is the Bella da Ball Cabaret<br />
Dinner Revue starting at 7:30 pm. Reservations are recommended.<br />
