is a free community event. Atkins is the<br />
first San Diegan and first out Lesbian<br />
Speaker of the California Assembly. Atkins<br />
has been involed in our community for<br />
many years and is always ready to help in<br />
events such as AIDS Walk, and San Diego<br />
Pride. She is the Grand Marshall this<br />
year for "Reflections of PRIDE- 40 years In<br />

I would like to start off this issue to say this to my dear readers, friends,<br />
and family. It is with sadness I announce my resignation as President of the<br />
ICSD Board on <strong>June</strong> 16, <strong>2014</strong> 2:00 pm. It has been a wonderful year and 4<br />
months. I will still be here for my community as 'The Peoples Empress', so<br />
look for me and always remember HUGS & CANDI KISSES.........<br />
