= 0 for normal start<br />

= to use restart option, read initial conditions from file<br />

kiter = 0 for sequential physical-chemical coupling,<br />

= 1 for iterative coupling<br />

kbypass= 0 for minteq solution everywhere,<br />

= 1 for minteq bypass when calculated changes from transport solution are small<br />

kint = 0 for direct integration<br />
