1. Approval of Headquarters

,to conducting either a prelim1.naI'y or a follm..-up iIrlestigiltion of a
UFOB. Investigations may be coodu"ted 'Irlthout prior approval if circumstances
require il!med1ate a.::t1on; in sucb caaes, the Commander of the 4602ct
AISS will be not i fied as aoon as possi bl e 6t the aotion taken .
2. Elect rical Repcrts
Under t he provisions of ADO! 200-7, field un1.ts of the 4602d will
reoeive o,,!,i ee of electrioal reports forwarded t o Air Divi sion Commander.,
in accordance with paragraph 7, AFR 200-2. Copies of lIuch reporte vr1ll
also b e received at Headquarters 4602d . All electrioal r epor ts 1Iill
be evaluated at Squadron Headquarters and, .men appropriate, fiel d units
1Iill. be directed to conduct follow-up i nvestigations.
