These should be drafted by the 4602d AISS with careful attention to present p~ procedures and re quirements of the primary ADC mission. They will reqUire full ADC . ·coordination end review before promulgction. D/R&E .will provide DCs/I monitoring of this similar policy matters. 6. In developing a final and specific agreement for HJC assumption of responsibilities in the UFOB ev~ luetion program, it will bo necessary: a. To make a coroful time-study anc,lysis of the resultant functions and tasks; b. To determine what scientific Clssistnncc ATIC has bean utilizing in its prcli mi nn ry ovaluations of·its r eports; and c, To c~refully e sti~~ te added finc ncial burdens r esulting from such activitios as t emporary duty travel.
