Q. No reference to any financial support, compensation;
do you see that?
A. That's right.
Q. That is also the case in relation to [ACB] and [LAF].
Can you assist us with the circumstances in which they
complained and didn't receive any financial support?
A. My understanding is that where there is nothing
indicated there, the matters are still in progress.
Q. So they are current but unresolved claims?
A. Yes.
