• STABILITY SYS ACTIVE
Appears if the vehicle begins to
go in a direction other than
that intended by the driver and
the Stabilitrak system activates.
Adjustments are automatically
made to try to regain
control of the vehicle.
Slippery road conditions may
exist.
Adjust your driving
accordingly.
The message may stay on for a
few seconds after Stabilitrak ®
has stopped assisting with
directional control of the vehicle.
This is normal.

section for more information.
• STABILITY SYS NOT READY
Appears if the Stabilitrak system
is not ready.
- The sensors may need to be
centered.
To center the sensors, drive
the vehicle in a straight line.
- This message will also come
on while the Stabilitrak system
warms up.
When the system is ready, the
STABILITY SYS READY message
will appear.

• STABILITY SYS OFF
Appears when the traction control
and Stabilitrak systems are
turned off. Adjust your driving
accordingly.

• STABILITY SYS READY
Appears when the stability system
is turned on using the traction
on/off button and the
system is ready to activate if
needed.
