Cumulative effects of the project on flow throughout Puget Sound will be of keen interest when<br />

evaluating if the project will meet water quality standards.<br />

We will want to know how the project changes flow patterns and velocities because this will have an<br />

effect on:<br />

1. dissolved oxygen, especially in the enclosed bays of south sound and other enclosed bays<br />

2. nutrient distribution (that effects biological activity and therefore oxygen<br />

3. The Tacoma Narrows tidal project proposal<br />
