Snohomish PUD Tidal Energy Project Preliminary Application Document (PAD) Information Questionnaire The goal of the Snohomish County PUD is to file a complete and thorough Preliminary Application Document (PAD). We are asking for your help to identify existing, relevant information of which you may be aware. Relevant information includes site-or-region specific studies, data, reports or management plans.
