IN LINE WITH THE HUGE DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT IN
INFRASTRUCTURAL SECTOR, B&R IS COMMITTED TO AGGRESSIVE GROWTH .
THE MARKET SCENARIO FOR CONSTRUCTION HAS PICKED UP AND THIS
BOOM IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR FEW MORE YEARS. IN ORDER TO
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS BOOM, B&R HAS AUGMENTED ITS RESOURCE
BASE AND PLANS TO INCREASE ITS TURNOVER TO MORE THAN RS. 2,500
CRORES BY THE YEAR 2015.
VISION OF B&R IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION AND LIBERALIZATION IS
TO EMERGE AS A LEADER IN CONSTRUCTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SERVICES IN INDIA AND SELECTED FOREIGN MARKETS AND PROVIDE
LATEST TECHNOLOGY OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARD TO ITS CUSTOMERS
COUPLED WITH HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH
VISION
BRIDGE & ROOF CO. (I) LTD. IS KEEN TO AUGMENT IN VARIOUS CORE
SECTORS IN FUTURE.
AUGMENTATION IN POWER SECTOR WILL BE ONE OF THE KEY FACTOR OF
FUTURE EXPANSION.
IDENTIFIED AREAS OF AUGMENTATION
1) VARIOUS TYPES OF CIVIL WORKS IN HYDEL POWER PROJECT.
2) FABRICATION, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING OF HYDRO
MECHANICAL & HYDRO ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS.
3) FABRICATION & ERECTION OF TRANSMISSION/ DISTRIBUTION TOWER
4) SUPPLY, PROCUREMENT, FABRICATION, ERECTION & COMMISSIONING
OF MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM.
5) RAW WATER TREATMENT PLANT.
55

VISION
RESOURCE PLANNING IS ALSO ONE OF THE KEY FACTOR FOR
AUGMENTATION.
WE EXPECT TO INCREASE OF ABOUT 20% - 30% STAKE IN POWER SECTOR
FROM THE PRESENT SCENARIO.
TO INCREASE, WE ARE PLANNING TO AUGMENT THE VARIOUS RESOURCES
IN TERMS OF MACHINERIES & MANPOWER.
ADVANCED & HIGHER CAPACITY OF MACHINERIES, LIFTING TOOLS &
EXPERIENCED AND DEDICATED MANPOWER COMPRISING OF SUPERVISORY
PERSONNEL, SKILLED MANPOWER HAVE ALREADY BEEN FOCUSED FOR
AUGMENTATION .
