ANNUAL REPORT We are blessed and thankful for your enthusiasm and love of St. Cecilia Academy. The tradition of excellence continues thanks to you. As we approach our 150th anniversary celebration, your gifts allow us to educate the women leaders of tomorrow. Please see a detailed listing by class of all of the alumnae gifts received this year. Our commitment to our mission grows even stronger in challenging times when the needs of those we are charged to help are even greater. Your support becomes even more critical to our ability to continue fulfilling our mission. It has helped sustain and grow our effectiveness in reaching out to those in need of financial assistance. This fall, we have a 12% increase in enrollment. We feel truly blessed to be able to assist financially nearly 40% of the St. Cecilia Academy population. Another new endowed scholarship created this year is the Harris Scholarship established by the Bodell Family to provide qualified need-based tuition assistance up to $5,000 per year to an incoming freshman from Christ the King Parish School with the greatest identified need. Awards from the Harris Scholarship will not exceed the full cost Class of 2009 graduate Kelly Bodell and her mother Suzanne Bodell enjoy the senior breakfast before Baccalaureate Mass. of tuition and fees after considering any other financial aid awarded from other sources including federal and state programs.
