<strong>St</strong>. Luke’s Care, Right Next Door<br />
<strong>Health</strong>care can be convenient, and with the recent opening of<br />
The Clinic at Walmart, <strong>St</strong>. Luke’s is bringing patients a new option in<br />
primary care. Opened in collaboration with NextDoor <strong>Health</strong>, the<br />
clinic* is located in the Singing Hills Walmart.<br />
Putting a clinic in the path of personal and family life means now,<br />
along with purchasing groceries, <strong>to</strong>ys and pharmacy items, cus<strong>to</strong>mers<br />
can s<strong>to</strong>p in for preventive care like flu shots, treatment of minor illness<br />
and injuries, as well as procedures including school physical exams or<br />
wellness checkups.<br />
With extended hours and no appointments necessary, The Clinic at<br />
Walmart is now accepting new patients and treats individuals ages 18<br />
months and up. For added convenience, the clinic offers patients a<br />
beeper <strong>to</strong> signal when the clinic provider is available, allowing patients<br />
the flexibility <strong>to</strong> run errands within the s<strong>to</strong>re instead of waiting.<br />
“<strong>St</strong>. Luke’s is delighted <strong>to</strong> be part of NextDoor <strong>Health</strong>’s exciting<br />
development of primary care clinics opening in select Walmart<br />
locations across the nation,” says <strong>St</strong>. Luke’s Chad Markham, Vice President<br />
of Clinics and Network Development. “We hope the location and<br />
convenience of this retail primary care clinic creates a point of access <strong>to</strong><br />
primary care for those who have not yet established a medical home.”<br />

BUILDING SITE<br />
<strong>St</strong>. Luke’s Morningside Campus project will be a new<br />
outpatient medical campus located in the Sunnybrook<br />
Business District (in Sioux City’s Morningside area.) <strong>St</strong>. Luke’s<br />
is planning functional attractive medical buildings and enhancing<br />
physician partnerships through the planned properties.
