67. An earlier pilot program in the northern provinces enjoyed considerable political commitment from<br />

high-level policymakers. This integrated strategy, which included early <strong>TB</strong> screening and care for<br />

people living with HIV/AIDS, provided a visible example of how the NTP and National AIDS Program<br />
