Facilitate <strong>the</strong> establishment <strong>of</strong> a Roundtable that includes Fraser Health, <strong>the</strong> Ministry to<br />
Health and o<strong>the</strong>r government and community stakeholders to facilitate a proactive<br />
dialogue towards understanding and determining a continuum <strong>of</strong> programs and<br />
services:<br />
(a) For youth - addiction treatment and reintegration <strong>of</strong> affected individuals as<br />
productive members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> community so that all gaps are addressed;<br />
(b) For adults - effective programs and regulations <strong>for</strong> support recovery houses to assist<br />
affected adults in achieving recovery and reintegration as productive members <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
community;<br />
(c) Pre-natal education and support programs <strong>for</strong> at-risk women; and<br />
(d) Outreach and support programs <strong>for</strong> adults at risk <strong>of</strong> addiction or currently suffering<br />
from addiction.<br />

Provide support as required based on <strong>the</strong> results <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> round table discussions.<br />
