programs, education and employment opportunities, particularly <strong>for</strong> persons with<br />
learning disabilities and mental health concerns.<br />

• Undertake amendments to <strong>City</strong> By-laws and policies as required, within <strong>the</strong> <strong>City</strong>’s<br />
mandated responsibilities and resources, based on <strong>the</strong> results <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> work with <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Surrey</strong> Chamber <strong>of</strong> Commerce and interested individuals/entities.<br />
