Discover Best People at Saint Clare’s Management Training The Saint Clare’s Leadership Institute offers three phases of training: Phase I: Essentials of Management; Phase II: People Management; and Phase III: Strategic Business Planning. Approximately 38 nurses have successfully completed the requirements of Phase I of the program. National Certifications National certification in nursing practice specialty is recognized and regarded as not only a professional accomplishment, but also a commitment to quality and high standards.
