In compliance with the <strong>Student</strong> <strong>Right</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Know</strong> <strong>Act</strong>, found in Sec. 485(a) of the Higher Education <strong>Act</strong> of 1965,<br />

Graduation Rate Calculation<br />
The rates are calculated based on the <strong>Student</strong>-<strong>Right</strong>-<strong>to</strong>-<strong>Know</strong> (SRTK) Graduation Rate formula. It is based<br />
upon students who entered as full-time, first-time freshmen and graduated within 150% of the length of<br />
their program.<br />
First-time <strong>Student</strong><br />
A student who has no prior postsecondary experience attending any institution for the first time at the<br />
undergraduate level.<br />
