Scrivener’s <strong>Error</strong>, <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Zoning Case 6067-MS<br />

On October 18, 2012, The <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Board approved the <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Zoning Case 6067-MS.<br />

Case # 6067-MS: Map Amendment from I-1 to I-2 and Special Use Permit for Truck Terminal<br />

with two (2) conditions. The ordinance prepared stated the property affected by this case was<br />

in Wilmington Township. The property affected by this case is in Green Garden Township.<br />

The resolution attached will correct the scrivener’s error. Thank you for your consideration. If<br />

RESOLUTION OF THE WILL COUNTY BOARD<br />

WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS<br />

Correction of a Scrivener’s <strong>Error</strong> (Case 6067-MS)<br />

<strong>Land</strong> Use and Development Committee<br />

Resolution 13-<br />

WHEREAS, on October 18,2012, the <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Board approved <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Zoning Case 6067-MS,<br />

Map Amendment from I-1 to I-2 and Special Use Permit for Truck Terminal with two (2) conditions; and<br />

WHEREAS, the ordinance prepared for <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Zoning Case 6067-MS stated that “it appears that<br />

such recommendation was based upon a duly advertised hearing by said Planning and Zoning<br />

Commission of <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> affecting property located in the Wilmington Township where such area is<br />

situated;” and<br />

WHEREAS, the <strong>Land</strong> Use and Development Committee of the <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Board reviewed the matter<br />

and determined the ordinance for this zoning request contains a scrivener’s error.<br />

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the <strong>County</strong> Board of <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong>, Illinois, that the ordinance for<br />

the map amendment and special use permit approved by the <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Board as <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Zoning<br />

Case 6067-MS be corrected to state, “it appears that such recommendation was based upon a duly<br />

advertised hearing by said Planning and Zoning Commission of <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> affecting property located in<br />

Green Garden Township where such area is situated.”<br />

This resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval as provided by law.<br />

Adopted by the <strong>Will</strong> <strong>County</strong> Board this 17 th day of January, 2013.<br />
