Enrichment Programs
The Spring/Summer Bloomington
Youth Enrichment Brochure will be
distributed in school to students in
grades K-5 in March. Choose from a
variety of creative art, music, theater,
academic enrichment, self-reliance,
recreation, and sports programs.

Teaching Opportunities
We are continually seeking to expand
our successful Youth Enrichment and
Music Education programs.

for classes to offer to students in
Richfield.

Driver Education –
High Quality, Certified Instruction
Community Education offers 30 hours
of classroom instruction and 6 hours of
Behind-the-Wheel instruction. Our
teachers are licensed teachers with the
State of Minnesota, and have a Driver
Education certification. Our program
has been approved by the State of
Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
The years of experience of our
instructors, along with their certification
provides a safe, quality program for your
child. (Students do not receive high
school credit for this class.)

March 11-22, Kennedy High School
May 6-21, Jefferson High School
3:00-6:00 p.m. Fee $110
July 8-23, Kennedy High School
8:00-11:00 a.m. Fee $110
Bloomington Community Education
offers 6 hours of Behind-the-Wheel
Training for $325.

Adult Education in
Behind-the-Wheel
We offer Behind-the-Wheel instruction
to adults 18+ who live in the area and
have a current MN Instructional Permit.
Cost of lessons is $60 per hour.

Community Education Advisory Council Members Wanted!
Bloomington and Richfield Community Education has openings for you to serve on
the Community Education Advisory Council.
Are you someone who is willing to give input and direction? Are you someone
who is able to actively participate in the operations of the advisory council?
Would you be willing to speak out on issues, concerns and opportunities? Are
you willing to learn more about Community Education? The Community Education
Advisory Council meets the third Wednesday of every other month from 8:00-
9:30 a.m.
If you are interested in sharing your time and involvement in life-long learning,
