McDonald’s plans Grand
Opening on February 10
McDonald’s of Seven Lakes is
gearing up for its Grand Opening
on Tuesday, February 10.
There will be giveaways for everyone,
and customers may enter
to win an iPod or tickets to the circus.
Later this month, Ronald
McDonald is coming to town for
a special Meet & Greet event on
Saturday, February 21, from
11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Brezinski
promoted
Paul Brezinski, son of Ray
and Betsy Brezinski of Seven
Lakes West, has been selected
for promotion to Lt. Colonel in the
u.S. Air Force.
Brezinski is a 1995 graduate
of the u.S. Air Force Academy,
received dual Masters of Science
degrees in Health and
Business Administration from
Arizona State university, and
followed up with a Ph.D. in Health
Services and Policy from the
university of iowa.
Brezinski is presently assigned
to Fort Sam Houston – Baylor
Graduate Program instructing
in Health and Administration.
He recently returned from
Afghanistan where he was
responsible for plans and programs
for 10,000 personnel at
twelve locations.
He developed, implemented,
and led coalition medical forces
in the international Medical Mentorship
and Training Program
designed to improve the capacity
of Afghan physicians.
Colonel-select Brezinksi completed
an eight-week internship
at FirstHealth of the Carolinas,
Moore Regional Hospital, while
earning his Masters in Health
Administration. He resides in
Cibolo, Texas, with his wife and
two children.

Moore County location for
Franklin and Martha Butler, and
daughter Christal and husband
Hershell Cole. The family also
owns and operates stores in
Colonel-Select Paul Brezinski and family
Carthage and Aberdeen.
Franklin has served on the
board of the Boys and Girls Club
in Southern Pines for ten years,
and Martha is on the board for
Communities in Schools. Christal
Cole serves on the Compass
Advisory Board, and along with
her husband and mother, is a
mentor for Southern Middle
School.
