ยาเทคนิคพิเศษ
1.เทคนิ คการใช้ Metered-Dose Inhaler[MDI] with Spacer เช่น Seretide Evohaler (25/50), Ventolin
Evohaler, Berodual® metered Aerosol®, Budecort-200 inhaler®
1. เปิดฝาขวดแล้วเขย่าขวดยา
2. ให้แน่ใจว่า Mouthpiece มีความสะอาด อาจจะใช้ผ้าเช็ดก่อนพ่น หากพ่นเป็นครั้งแรก หรือหยุดพ่นไปนานหลาย
เดือนให้พ่นทิ้งในอากาศ 1 ครั้ง
3. ให้ยืนหรือนั่งเอนไปทางข้างหลังเล็กน้อย
4. หายใจออกทางจมูกให้มากที่สุด
5. อมปลายปากกระบอกยา และหุบปากให้สนิท การอมปากกระบอกท าได้สองวิธี
ก. ให้อมปากกระบอกไว้ระหว่างฟัน ริมฝีปากอมปากกระบอกให้สนิท
ข. ถือปากกระบอกห่างจากปากประมาณ 2 นิ้วมือ
6. เริ่มหายใจเข้าทางปากพร้อมกับกดยาเพื ่อพ่นยา และหายใจเข้าช้าๆจนหายใจสุด
7. กลั้นหายใจเป็นเวลา10วินาที
8. น ากระบอกยาออกจากปากค่อยหายใจออกช้าๆ
9.ถ้าต้องใช้ยามากกว่า1 ครั้งให้เว้นระยะห่างจากครั้งแรกไม่น้อยกว่า30-60วินาที
How to use a Metered-Dose Inhaler[MDI]
1. Remove the cap and hold the inhaler upright.
2. Shake the inhaler.
3. Tilt your head back slightly and breathe out.
4. Hold the inhaler as in one of A or B are the most effective, but C is okay for people wh o are unable to
use A or B.
A. Open mouth. Hold inhaler 1 to 2 inches away.
B. Use spacer attached to inhaler.
C. Hold inhaler in your mouth
5. Spacers are useful for all patients, especially young children and older adults
6. Press down on the inhaler to release the medicine as you start to breathe in slowly.
7. Breathe in slowly for 3 to 5 seconds.
8. Hold your breath for 10 seconds to allow medicine to go deeply into your lungs.
9. Repeat puffs as directed. Wait 1 minute between puffs to allow the second puff to get into the l ungs
better.
Cleaning Your MDI
1. Remove the metal canister by pulling it out.
2. Clean the plastic parts of the device using mild soap and water. (Never wash the metal canister or put
it in water.)

3. Let the plastic parts dry in the air (for example, leave them out overnight).
4. Put the MDI back together.
5. Test the MDI by releasing a puff into the air.
2.เทคนิ คการใช้ Dry Powder Inhaler[DPI] (Turbuhaler) เช่นPulmicort®
1. เตรียมเครื ่องสูดยาให้พร้อม
2. ถอดเอาปลอกออก
3. จับกระบอกสูบตั้งตรง
4. บิดเกรียวตรงฐานของกระบอกไปทางขวา และหมุนกลับเข้าหาตัวจนได้ยินเสียง “คลิก”
5.หายใจออกทางปากจนหมด
6. อมรอบปากหลอดยาให้สนิท
7. หายใจเข้าอย่างแรงจนสุดและกลั้นหายใจไว้ 10 วินาที
8. ค่อยหายใจออกช้าๆ
9. ถ้าต้องดูดซ ้าให้เริ่มตั้งแต่ขั้นตอน 3
*ถ้าเป็นยาพ่น steroid ให้อมน ้าบ้วนปากทุกครั้งหลังสูดยาทุกครั้ง
How to use a Turbuhaler®
1. Unscrew the cap and take it off. Hold the inhaler upright
2. Twist the coloured grip of your Turbuhaler® as far as it will go. Then twist it all the way back. You have
done it right when you hear a "click"
3. Breathe out away from the device
4. Put the mouthpiece between your teeth, and close your lips around it. Breathe in forcefully and deeply
through your mouth
5. Remove the Turbuhaler® from your mouth before breathing out
6. Always check the number in the side counter window under the mouthpiece to see how many doses
are left. For the Turbuhalers® that do not have a dose counter window, check the window for a red
mark, which means your medication is running out. When finished, replace the cap.
Clean your Turbuhaler®
Clean your Turbuhaler® as needed. To do this, first wipe the mouthpiece with a dry tissue o r cloth.
Never wash the mouthpiece or any other part of the Turbuhaler® - if it gets wet, it won't work
properly.

3.การใช้เครื่องพ่นชนิ ด Diskus (Accuhaler) เช่น SeretideAccuhaler(50/100),(50/250)
1. ใช้นิ้วหัวแม่มือจับบริเวณที่เรียกว่า Thumb grip เลื ่อนจนกระทั่งได้ยินเสียงดังคลิก
2. ใช้มืออีกข้างหนึ่งเลื ่อน Dose release lever จนได้ยินเสียงดังคลิก
3. หายใจออกทางปากให้สุด
4. อม mouthpiece ให้สนิท สูดหายใจเข้าให้เต็มที่ให้เร็วและแรงที่สุด
5. น ากระบอกสูบออกจากปาก และกลั้นหายใจไว้ 10 วินาที
6.หายใจออกอย่างช้าๆ
7.ปิดฝา
How to use the Accuhaler
1. Hold the outer casing of the accuhaler in one hand whilst pushing the thumb grip away until a click is
heard.
2. Hold Accuhaler with mouthpiece towards you, slide lever away until it clicks. This makes the dose
available for inhalation and moves the dose counter on.
3.Holding Accuhaler level, breathe out gently away from the device, put mouthpiece in mouth and suck
in steadily and deeply.
4. Remove Accuhaler from mouth and hold breath for about 10 seconds.
5. To close, slide thumb grip back towards you as far as it will go until it clicks.
6. For a second dose repeat sections 1-5.
4.ยาเม็ดอมใต้ลิ้นรักษาอาการปวดเค้นหน้าอก
1. อมยาใต้ลิ้นทันทีเมื ่อมีอาการปวดเค้นหน้าอก
2. ไม่ควรเคี้ยวยา กลืนยา หรือกลืนน ้าลายขณะอมยา
3.เมื ่ออมยาเม็ดแรกแล้วอาการไม่ดีขึ้น ให้อมยาเม็ดที่ 2 และ 3 ห่างกัน 5 นาที เมื ่อครบ 3 เม็ดแล้ว อาการไม่ดีขึ้นให้
รีบพบแพทย์
4. สามารถอมยาป้องกันล่วงหน้าได้ 5 - 10 นาที ก่อนประกอบกิจกรรมที่คาดว่าจะมีอาการปวดเค้นหน้าอก
How to use sublingual tablets for chest pain
1. Sit down before using this medication.
2. Place 1 tablet under the tongue. Do not chew or swallow the tablet.
3. If your chest pain has not improved or if it has worsened 5 minutes after you use this drug. One tablet
should be taken every 5 minutes, up to 3 tablets in 15 minutes. If chest pain is not relieved, call
emergency medical services.
4. If you are using this medication to prevent chest pain before physical activities, use it 5 to 10 minutes
before the activity.

5.ยาเหน็บทวารหนัก
1. ล้างมือให้สะอาด และแกะกระดาษห่อยาออก
2. นอนตะแคง เหยียดขาข้างที่นอนทับออก และงอเข่าข้างที่อยู่ข้างบน
3. ค่อยๆ สอดยาเข้าทวารหนักให้ลึกจนสุดเม็ดยาที่สอด
4. นอนในท่าเดิมประมาณ 15 นาที เพื ่อให้ยาละลายหมด และไม่หลุดออกมา
5. หากยาเหน็บ นิ่มหรือไม่คงรูป ควรแช่ยาในตู้เย็นช่องธรรมดา เพื ่อให้ยาคงรูปแข็ง
6. ควรเก็บยาเหน็บไว้ในตู้เย็นช่องธรรมดา
How to use your suppositories
1. Go to the toilet and empty your bowels if necessary.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Remove any foil or plastic wrapping from the suppository.
4. Either squat or lie on your side with one leg bent and the other straight.
5. Gently but firmly push the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first. If necessary moisten the end
of the suppository with a little water. Push it in far enough so that it doesn't slip out.
6. Close your legs and lie still for a few minutes.
7. Wash your hands again.
8. Try not to empty your bowels for at least an hour, unless the suppository is a laxative.
STORAGE: store your suppositories in a cool dark place, but not in the fridge unless specifically instructed.
If they get too warm they may melt and not be firm enough to insert.
6.ยาหยอดหู
1. ล้างมือและท าความสะอาดใบหูด้วยผ้าชุบน ้า เช็ดให้แห้ง
2. ก าขวดยาไว้ในอุ้งมือ 2 - 3 นาที เพื ่อปรับอุณหภูมิให้ใกล้เคียงกับร่างกาย
3. เอียงหู หรือนอนตะแคง ให้หูข้างที่จะหยอดอยู่ด้านบน
4. ดูดยาและหยอดยาตามจ านวนหยด ดึงใบหูเบาๆ เพื ่อให้ยาไหลลงหูได้สะดวก
5. เอียงหูข้างนั้นไว้ 2 - 3 นาที หรือใช้ส าลีอุดหูไว้ 5 นาที
6. หากต้องการหยอดหูทั้ง 2 ข้าง ให้ท าซ ้าเหมือนเดิม
How to use your ear drops
1. If your ear drops are a suspension, the label will remind you to shake the bottle before using the drops.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Sit in front of a mirror so you can see what you are doing.
4. Take the lid off the bottle.

5. Tip your head to one side or lie on your side so that the affected ear is facing upwards.
6. Gently pull the ear lobe away from your neck.
7. Hold the bottle or dropper over the ear opening and gently squeeze the correct number of drops into
your ear.
8. Keep your head tipped or stay lying on your side for a few minutes to let the drops spread into the ear
canal.
9. Wipe away any excess liquid with a clean tissue.
10. Repeat this procedure for the other ear if your doctor or pharmacist has advised you to do this.
11. Replace the lid on the bottle.
12. Take care not to touch the tip of the bottle or dropper with your fingers. If the dropper is separate don't
put it down on any surface.
7.ยาหยอดจมูก
1. สั่งน ้ามูกทิ้งเบาๆ และใช้กระดาษเช็ดภายในจมูก
2. ล้างมือให้สะอาด
3. เงยคอไปด้านหลังให้มากที่สุด หรือนอนราบบนเตียง เงยหน้าขึ้น
4. หยอดยาลงในรูจมูก ระวังอย่าให้ปลายหลอดแตะจมูก
5. ก้มศีรษะมาทางด้านหน้า และหมุนซ้ายขวาไปมาช้าๆ ประมาณ 2 - 3 นาที
6. ใช้ผ้าสะอาดเช็ดน ้ายาที่เกินออก
How to use nose drops
1. If your nose drops are a suspension, the label will remind you to shake the bottle before using the
drops.
2. Gently blow your nose so that your nostrils are clear.
3. Wash your hands.
4. Take the lid off the bottle (for bottles with an integrated dropper, draw some liquid into the dropper).
5. Tip your head back.
6. Hold the bottle or dropper above your nostril and gently squeeze the correct number of drops into the
nostril, taking care not to touch the nose with the bottle or dropper.
7. Keep your head tipped back for a few minutes to allow the drops to drain into the back of the nose.
8. Repeat this procedure for the other nostril if advised to do so by your doctor or pharmacist.
9. Replace the lid on the bottle.
10. Take care not to touch the tip of the bottle or dropper with your fingers. If the dropper is separate don't
put it down on any surface.

8.ยาพ่นจมูก
1. สั่งน ้ามูกทิ้งเบาๆ และใช้กระดาษเช็ดภายในจมูก
2. ล้างมือให้สะอาด
3. ก้มหน้าเพียงเล็กน้อย
4. สอดปลายยาพ่นเข้าไปในรูจมูก โดยหลอดพ่นสามารถสัมผัสกับภายในจมูกได้ แล้วกดเพื ่อพ่นยา โดยหลีกเลี่ยง
การพ่นยาตรงผนังกั้นโพรง
5.ใช้ผ้าสะอาดเช็ดน ้ายาที่เกินออก
How to use a nasal spray
1. Shake the bottle.
2. Blow your nose so that your nostrils are clear.
3. Wash your hands.
4. Take the lid off the bottle.
5. Tilt your head slightly forward.
6. Close one nostril by gently pressing against the side of your nose with your finger.
7. Insert the tip of the nasal spray into the other nostril and start to breathe in slowly through your nose.
While you are still breathing in squirt one spray into the nostril keeping the bottle upright.
8. Remove the spray from the nostril and breathe out through your mouth.
9. Tilt your head backwards to allow the spray to drain into the back of the nose.
10. Repeat step 7 if a second dose is required in the same nostril.
11. Repeat this procedure for the other nostril if you have been advised to do so by your doctor or
pharmacist.
12. Replace the lid on the bottle.
