Rule change #1<br />

To improve the application process and better align <strong>project</strong>s with available capacity, the OPA is propos<strong>in</strong>g a rule change to the FIT<br />

program for CAE <strong>project</strong>s that would apply to applications submitted on or after December 8, 2010. The OPA proposes to start <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g<br />

connection capacity assessments as part of the application review process. This proposed rule change is designed to ensure that potential<br />
