held at its Headquarters at Zabeel East.<br />

Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, accompanied<br />
by Maryam <strong>Al</strong>-Mutaiwei, Senior<br />
Manager of Personnel Management –<br />
HR Division, honored the employees,<br />
with DEWA’s senior officials and employees<br />
in attendance.<br />

In line with its new innovative initiatives<br />
to communicate with national<br />
employees, the Human Resources in<br />
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority<br />
organized seven discussion sessions<br />
up to this moment confirming the<br />
success of this initiative for attracting<br />
national employees from different<br />
departments.<br />
During these sessions, several positive<br />
suggestions were discussed to<br />
improve services and develop the performance<br />
of national staff to reflect on<br />
DEWA and its activities.<br />

initiative, the Transmission Services<br />
Department, DEWA organized a<br />
Fun Day for its employees in Dubai<br />
Hotel on Saturday 17/9/2011 attended<br />
by a number of DEWA’s senior directors,<br />
engineers and staff.<br />
Water Maintenance Department has organized<br />
a luncheon for its staff at Atlantis<br />
The Palm Hotel – Dubai. This luncheon<br />
was attended by a number of managers<br />
from Water & Civil Engineering Division,<br />
managers of Maintenance Department, as<br />
well as management staff.<br />
