The Official Service Contractor for LABACE will be informed as soon as possible.
PUBLICATIONS BINS
As a service to Exhibitors and Publishers of trade publications, LABACE offers an area of Bins where
publications may be displayed. Publications Bins will be available for periodicals only. Advertising
material, including promotional brochures and pamphlets, are not permitted and will be discarded
by LABACE Management with no refunds. LABACE provides an attendant to receive shipments,
stock and maintain the Publications Bins. Exhibitors wishing to display a publication will be provided
one free Bin per Exhibit Space reserved. Exhibitors and Publishers may purchase additional Bins at a
cost of US$ 700 per Bin. All Companies must submit samples of their publications for review before
Bins are reserved. The Publications Bins order form is will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit
scheduled for distribution in late March 2011.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Tote Bags US$ 30,000
Delegates literally carry your message all over the Airport, in the lobbies of the São Paulo hotels,
through airports on their return home and in future travels. (Additional expenses could be incurred
if more than two colors are used in printing.)
Pocket Agenda US$ 8,500
Guide Attendees directly to your Exhibit by using the Pocket Agenda for promoting your Company’s
products or services. Be one step ahead of other Exhibitors by drawing potential customers to your
Booth each time they use the Pocket Agenda to find their way through the Exhibit Hall.
Press Room US$ 13,700
A meeting place for business aviation’s international press, the LABACE Press Room provides a
work and hospitality area for journalists to gather information, swap observations and network. The
Sponsor’s logo and signs are displayed prominently. All refreshments and equipment are included in
the sponsorship.
LIABILITY
The Exhibitor is solely responsible for the safeguarding of materials, equipment and displays at all
times. LABACE Management employs general security when the Exhibit Hall and Static Display
are closed. However, LABACE Management, the Airport and Infraero are not responsible for any
loss, theft, damage, injury, or destruction of Exhibitor's property or the property of its agents or
employees, by or from any cause whatsoever. The Exhibitor expressly releases LABACE Management,
the Airport and Infraero and their respective officers, employees, members and agents, from any and
all claims for such loss, theft, damage, injury or destruction, or for loss of good will (whether or not
in relation to any property).
Exhibitors must comply at all times with the Rules & Regulations of LABACE, the Airport and
Infraero. These Rules & Regulations are subject to change prior to the time the Exhibition is held.
Failure to follow LABACE, the Airport and Infraero Rules & Regulations will constitute a breach of
contract.
In addition, by signing the LABACE 2011 Exhibit and/or Static Display of Aircraft Application/
Contract, Exhibitors agree to comply with LABACE Management's interpretation of its Rules &
Regulations. Complete Rules & Regulations for both the Exhibit Hall and Static Display of Aircraft at
the Airport will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
INSURANCE
It is suggested that Exhibitors obtain insurance covering losses such as theft and damage to property.
The Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold
harmless LABACE Management, the Airport and Infraero and their respective officers, employees,
members and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, injuries and damages to persons or
property, governmental charges or fines and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's
installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the Exhibition premises, or any part thereof,
or arising out of or caused by Exhibitor's participation in Exhibition activities.
Labace Registration Badge Lanyards US$ 12,000
For convenience in wearing Registration Badges, lanyards will be supplied to Attendees along with
their credentials. The stylish lanyards at LABACE can include your Company’s name and logo.
Opening General Brunch Speakers US$ 13,700
Some of the biggest names in the aviation market will be with us at the opening general luncheon.
Influential names, prominence amongst the prominent, sponsorship of the luncheon will bring your
brand front and center at the Labace.
Water Coolers at Static Display US$ 8,500
Brazil is known for its tropical weather and beaches, but there is no sand at the airport and the
business environment makes it much warmer in suit and tie attire – a little water to cool off these
professionals is a must. In the heat of São Paulo every visitor will see your mark on the custom
water coolers. Talk about brand visibility!

Internet Point US$ 11,500
Technology is everywhere, and these three days are filled with business men who need to take a few
minutes to check their e-mails and stay updated. What better way to get your brand seen than at the
Internet Point where these thousands of business men research the new business prospects found at
Labace.
Valet Parking US$ 11,000
When the public arrive by car at LABACE, they will be waiting for the Valet Parking amenities
sponsored by your company! The Tag inside the cars and the adhesive offered to the exhibitors and
special guests will present your brand. Upon arrival at LABACE, customers will quickly make their
way to your Booth.
SECURITY
When the LABACE Exhibition and Static Display of Aircraft are open, there will be some perimeter
security staffing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LABACE, the Airport and Infraero will not be liable
for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property, as further provided under the section entitled "Liability."
Exhibitors are advised to obtain additional insurance coverage in advance to cover losses such as
theft and damage to property. Order forms for additional Booth and Static Display security will be
provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit scheduled for distribution in late March 2011.
