Delegates arriving at the Mansion House (next door to the Lord Mayor of Dublin’s residence) for the evening were treated to the sight of fire eaters, stilt-walkers, acrobats…and gridlocked traffic in Dublin city centre. The latter was also down to Olive 360 o , who persuaded the Garda (Irish police) to close a major road to allow ITM’s 500 delegates to enter the Gala Dinner venue in safety. The delegates certainly appreciated it – even if the local cab drivers didn’t! “This was, without doubt, the best ITM Conference for years, and Olive 360 O played a major role in making it happen” But was it all worthwhile?
