Land Use and Growth Action 1.5.1: Implement intergovernmental agreements with Teller and El Paso<br />

Counties and the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Woodland</strong> <strong>Park</strong> to adopt a common land use plan and policies for those growth<br />

management areas surrounding the <strong>City</strong> and to minimize the impacts that the Avenger Mining Claim on the<br />

Eastern boundary <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> (running approximately from Crystola to Paradise Estates in <strong>Woodland</strong> <strong>Park</strong>)<br />

may have on the community.<br />

Land Use and Growth Action 1.5.2: Continue to work with the Pikes Peak Area Council <strong>of</strong> Governments<br />

and other communities within the Pikes Peak region to establish long-term planning policy in areas <strong>of</strong><br />

common concern (transportation, water/sewer issues, land use, environment, drainage, etc.).<br />
