Assembly<br />
�� Screw suction hose into suction adapter.<br />
�� Mount complete suction hose with connection tube bend into barrel or tank.<br />
�� Adjust pump to the connection tube bend and screw tightly the swivel nut.<br />
The pump is suspended.<br />
�� Fix discharge hose to the pump or to the meter (option, standard with part<br />
no. 40819).<br />
�� Mount corresponding delivery pistol to the pressure hose.<br />
�� Prefill once the pump housing by pumping media.<br />

Technical safety information<br />
�� Observe the filling procedure and switch off the pump after every use.<br />
�� Never operate longer than 3 minutes against closed pistol.<br />
�� Do not leave delivery pistol on the ground after use.<br />
�� Protect the hose against breaking, cutting and strong heat effects.<br />
�� Always pull out the mains plug prior to repairs or disassemblies and relieve hoses from pressure.<br />
Oil polution can be avoided. Help to protect the enviroment!!!<br />
