This booklet would not have been possible without their contribution. The directors of SCERT and key functionaries of the Education Departments of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, West Bengal and Rajasthan were kind enough to facilitate group discussions and individual interviews with key players in the education sector.
