been accepted to an institution<br />

of higher learning.<br />

The recipient must have<br />

experience in service to<br />

children and be in good<br />

scholastic standing. The<br />

winner will receive<br />

$1,100 and a plaque. A<br />

plaque will also be hung<br />

at Indian Rock in<br />
