4.1 Applicatïon Fee
T'he Responsible Entity nray invite percons to participate in the Plojec( zurd enter into a Sub-
Forestry Rìglrt Deed zurd Mariagcment Agreeûtelt at a price beirrg the Application Fee.
4.2
Application for Sub'Forestry Rlght Deed and Management Agreement
(a) Applications to enter into a Sub-Forastly Rigltt Deed anrJ a Managemetf Agreement
must be:
(1) in the fbürr attached to the cun'ent Procluct Disûlösule Statement or ìn such
othcr fbmr as the l\espr.rnsible Entity rnay fol the time being penuit; and
(2) be signed or executed by ol onbehalf oftlie Applioant.
0r) The application contelrplated by clause 4.2(a) must be lodged at the Ofhce ot such
other place as the Responsible Entíty shall fronr ti¡e to time detelmine or specify in
the Protluct Dìsclosure Statement rvith such other inftimation or evidence as the
Responsible Entity may lequire.
4.3 Responsible Entity May Refuse Application
The Responsible Entity may, in its absolute discretion, accept or lefuse aly application to
enter into a Sub-Forcstry Right Deed aud Mzuragcmeut Agreement and jt shall not be borurd
to give any reasotl for any such refusal
'I'he lì-espon-sible Hntit¡' must accept or refuse airy application to entcr into a Sub-Forestry
Right DeeA and Managenlent AgreÊiìlent not later than 28 days following therecejpt of the
application. If an application is refused, the Responsible Entity nrust tnfbtn thc apphcatrt of
tlrat fact and lefütd, or ensur'ô tliat tire Custodian refunds, any Application Moneys paìd bv
the Applicant.
4.4
