State Executive Board Meeting<br />
SEIU Local 526M, AFL-CIO<br />
October 12 & 13, 2005<br />
The meeting of the State Executive Board was called to order by President Tom Tylutki at<br />
9:40 a.m. on October 12, 2005, at the MCO office in Lansing.<br />
Roll call was taken and the following were present: Tom Tylutki, Andy Potter, Jim Johnson,<br />
Mike Taylor, John Ost, Scott Fischer, Ray Sholtz, Cary Gross. Adam Douglas and Bill<br />
Henderson were excused.<br />
The Union's books and records were reviewed by the members at large.<br />
Cherelyn Dunlap, John Bowers, Karen Mazzolini, Tangee Laza, Cynthia Beal, Lori Iding,<br />
Randy Eicher and Dave VanKoevering joined the meeting.<br />
The board reviewed grievances and took the following action:<br />

The financial report was presented for review. Motion by John Ost to accept the report as<br />
given. Supported by Ray Sholtz and MOTION CARRIED.<br />
In Bill Henderson's absence, Tom Tylutki reported on the following:<br />
The old folder/stuffer machine has been replaced at the office, which will save the union<br />
approximately $4,000 per year in maintenance and lease payments.<br />
Bids are being received for new Internet service for the office. New service should save<br />
about $80.00 per month. Currently, Comcast is the lowest bidder.
