Preformed Bituminous Details<br />
Roofing upstands and drip edges offering<br />
cost effective and fast-track installation.These<br />
units are mechanically fixed to the substrate<br />
with hot air welded lap joints. Preformed<br />
bituminous details provide secure<br />
waterproofing and are durable and<br />
maintenance-free.<br />
<strong>IKO</strong> Polimar Liquid Detailing<br />
<strong>IKO</strong> Polimar is a high performance, cold<br />
applied liquid roofing system, which is ideal<br />
for use in a number of application areas.<br />
In addition to being used as a complete<br />
waterproofing system, <strong>IKO</strong> Polimar is<br />
particularly suited to areas where there is<br />
difficult access or where there are complex<br />
details that need to be waterproofed. <strong>IKO</strong><br />
Polimar is also an excellent cold detailing<br />
option for use with one of <strong>IKO</strong>’s bitumen<br />
membrane systems. When combined in this<br />
way with an <strong>IKO</strong> Specification, Polimar is<br />
covered under our comprehensive single<br />
point guarantee.<br />
Superlite rooflights<br />
Superlite rooflights are a range of high quality<br />
triple glazed UV protected thermoformed<br />
polycarbonate domes and multicell white<br />
PVCu upstands. The whole unit U-Value<br />
exceeds the requirements of Approved<br />
Document L 2006. The polycarbonate dome<br />
is non-fragile and fire rated to Class 1 and<br />
Class AA. Superlite rooflights are suitable for<br />
installation as part of a bituminous<br />
membrane, polymeric single ply or mastic<br />
asphalt system.<br />
Shape: Superlite rooflights are available in<br />
square, rectangular or circular format.<br />
Sizes: Superlite rooflights are available in an<br />
extensive range of sizes from 400 x 400mm<br />
to 1700 x 2900mm.<br />

Superlite Rooflights<br />
<strong>IKO</strong>trim GRP Roof Edge Trims<br />
Manufactured from pultruded glass fibre<br />
reinforced polyester resin, these trims are<br />
thermally inert with a low coefficient of<br />
expansion. Units are supplied in 3.0m<br />
lengths, and in colours: black, white or grey.<br />
Matching internal/external corner units<br />
(240mm x 240mm) are also supplied.<br />
Permatrim Wall Flashing is used to cover the<br />
leading edge of an upstand detail, where the<br />
substrate does not allow the execution of a<br />
traditional chase or cover flashing detail.<br />
Units are supplied in 3.0m lengths. Standard<br />
stock colour is black, but some other colours<br />
are available to special order.<br />

applications and to complement the products<br />
and the different application techniques<br />
