For the pioneering idea of using mechanical-hydraulic
power transmission HILMA was awarded, in 1949, patent
no. 970520. This was the beginning of the era of power-assisted
machine vices around the world. Since that time, our products
have undergone continuous development.
Today, HILMA is a leading manufacturer of clamping
systems for machine tools, machining centres, flexible
