b) The proposed use <strong>of</strong> the site;<br />

c) The location and exterior dimensions <strong>of</strong> all proposed buildings or structures<br />

within the site;<br />

d) The location and exterior dimensions <strong>of</strong> all existing buildings or structures, if<br />

any, on the same site;<br />

e) The proposed setbacks <strong>of</strong> all proposed exterior building surfaces or all<br />

proposed structures from the site lines;<br />

f) The location <strong>of</strong> all proposed vehicular access points and parking spaces<br />

within the site;<br />

g) Proposed connections to sewer, water, hydro and telephone services;<br />

h) Locations <strong>of</strong> proposed fences, trees and hedges;<br />

i) Typical floor plan(s) and elevations <strong>of</strong> the proposed building or structure; and<br />

j) Any other information that may be required by Council or the Development<br />

Officer, including copies <strong>of</strong> surveyors certificates, easements, or certificates<br />

<strong>of</strong> title.<br />

(6) An application for a development permit shall be accompanied by the application<br />

fee.<br />

(7) All proposed development shall be in accordance with the application and drawings<br />

submitted to the Development Officer. No work shall be undertaken at variance with<br />

the approved application and drawings without the prior written authorization <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Development Officer.<br />

6. AMENDMENTS<br />

(1) Application<br />

a) Subject to the procedure required under the Act, an amendment may be<br />

initiated by a resolution <strong>of</strong> intention by the Council, or by application <strong>of</strong> one<br />

or more owners <strong>of</strong> the property or their agents within the area proposed to be<br />

changed;<br />

b) An application for an amendment to this By-law shall be made in a<br />
