The purpose of this manual is to help <strong>VP</strong><br />

Builders and Employees learn product applications that<br />

provide a competitive advantage in <strong>the</strong> market and help<br />

illustrate sales techniques that will improve interaction<br />

with customers.<br />

The format of this manual adheres to <strong>the</strong> logical<br />

order of <strong>VP</strong> Command. Each section begins with<br />

suggested questions to obtain specific project<br />

information from your Customer. Following <strong>the</strong><br />

questions are ideas and concepts that will help<br />

determine <strong>the</strong> best solution based on <strong>the</strong> answers to <strong>the</strong><br />

questions.<br />
