telecommunication conventions (Nairobi, 1982;<br />

<strong>of</strong> the telegraph <strong>and</strong> telephone regulations which<br />
are considered annexed thereto. The 1988 regulations<br />

1958 regulations (10 UST 2423; TIAS 4390) rema<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong><br />

Dom<strong>in</strong>ican Republic. The Taiwan authorities have also<br />
adhered to the 1958 regulations (see note under CHINA<br />
(TAIWAN) <strong>in</strong> Section 1).<br />
